Production Process:

Polyester felt fabric, one kind of nonwoven fabric, is made of polyester staple fiber after opening, carding, and laying into the fiber web. Then the fiber web is reinforced into fabric by felting needles. The needles have barbs, which repeatedly pierce the fiber web and barb the fiber reinforcement to form a needled nonwoven fabric. There is no warp-weft distinction in nonwoven fabrics. And the fibers in the cloth are mixed, with little difference in performance in the warp-weft direction.
